An enterprise dashboard for a 300-year-old Indian business group in steel, energy, and trade — designed from real stakeholder input, refined through senior reviews, and launched on the group's business anniversary.
This project is under a non-disclosure agreement. The visual above is an illustrative wireframe recreated to respect client confidentiality — it contains no real screens, data, or branding. I'm happy to walk through the full work in an interview.
The challenge
A dashboard is only as useful as the information behind it. The real challenge was getting real, accurate information from the client's stakeholders — and then turning it into a design that actually used it, rather than filling screens with placeholder metrics.
The second challenge was alignment. Every stage of the design was reviewed by senior stakeholders, and it had to match their expectations of how the business should be seen at a glance.
And there was a fixed finish line: the dashboard had to launch on the group's business anniversary.
My approach
As both UI/UX designer and tester, I owned the work from stakeholder input to a launch-ready build.
